The “Slotter” is responsible for giving all new products pick locations as well as re-slotting (moving) any old products that need to be placed in a different part of the picking floor.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Able to read and write accurately
  • Able to move product up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Capable of standing, walking, lifting for extended periods of time
  • Able to follow directions and complete work in compliance with company standards
  • Basic computer knowledge and an understanding of Microsoft Outlook
  • Keep area neat and organized
  • Good organization skills

Other Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs all aspects of job outlined in Slotting SOP
  • Understands and can use Inventory to 890, Inventory Movement Log, Bulk Pick Location/Dimension Management, Pick Location Management and Weboffice
  • Other duties as assigned


  • GED or High school diploma preferred
  • Able to effectively communicate with team
  • Warehouse experience preferred
