When’s the last time you visited our website and signed in and viewed the “your account” page? You might remember it looking something like this…


Well prepare yourself! You are in for some excitement and some serious fun next time you visit our website and login to the new and improved “Your Account” page. All you need to do to check out our newly redesigned account page is to click on the “Your Account” link at the top right corner at


Over the last four months, I have been a member of the eight-person team that worked on the project we dubbed “Horse+Profile.” The Horse+Profile team and I worked hard to revamp and completely redesign the “Your Account” page. You might be wondering where we came up with such a crazy name! Well in addition to redesigning the account page we introduced a lot of new and exciting features that we have a feeling you will love as much as we do!
As a QA Engineer on the project team, I have been busy testing and playing around with all of the new features and functionality. The new feature that I’m the most excited about is that you can now personalize your account page with photos of yourself, your horse and even your dogs, making it unique to you! I love seeing my horses and dogs every time I visit to track an order, view my SmartPaks or update my information!


Another thing that I’ve found really useful and fun is that you can now click on your horse’s or dog’s name and answer four quick questions about them. It is a great place to record your horse’s birthdate so you won’t forget to plan his next party!
We even reward you with a blue ribbon after you finish answering the quick questions about your horse or dog!


The new account page isn’t just the place to go to upload pictures of your animals, or to answer fun questions. I also find myself visiting my account page to view my SmartPaks and Portion Paks, and to track my orders. That’s right! You can now track your orders directly from your account!
For those of you who spend hours in the barn or on the road at shows, you don’t have to worry. You can access your new and improved account page directly from your smartphone, as we made it mobile-friendly! You can even take a picture with your smartphone and upload it directly into your account!
Just in case you I haven’t done enough to get you excited about visiting your new account page, I asked a couple of my project team members to share their favorite part of the project (trust me they are just as excited about it as I am!):

SmartPak has always been known for legendary customer service and that’s something that I take a lot of pride in, being a former member of the Customer Care team myself ☺ It’s always been a little sad to me that the riders who only connect with our website, and never email or call in, don’t get to experience just how awesome we SmartPakers are. However, through our work on the Horse+Profile project, I feel we’ve taken the first key steps in allowing riders to connect and engage with our site and our brand in a deeper way. I enjoyed working out the technical issues involved in preparing for what we hope will be an influx of lots and lots of customer images to the site. In addition, it was fun trading test images with team members. -Rick P., IT Developer

I believe that customers will LOVE that they can personalize it with pictures of each horse they own. It’s a great single spot to check out what’s in each of their horse’s SmartPaks, and even has a section for dogs they own. -Jessica R., QA Manager

    I get a 404 error -no access to my account (not old view OR new view)
    tried 2 browsers – IE and firefox. maybe not ready to go yet??

      Hi Carol!

      Sorry to hear you can’t get to the account page, are you accessing it through a bookmark or a letting the browser auto-fill the URL? Because that could cause you some trouble getting to the updated page.
