I don’t feed grain so can I give them the supplement by itself and will they eat it without adding it to something else?

How do I get a label for my smart pac storage unit?
It states here free shipping and no exclusions. This is false. I live in Alaska and am being charged shipping for my supplements. I spoke with a rep. and she informed me it was wrong. Yet, I keep getting emails stating its free and NO Exclusions. In another email it says AK and Hawaii are charged because it has to be sent two day or overnite. Yet I ordered my supplements on 9/16 and rep. tells me I can expect them on 9/23 but more likely 9/26. If I am paying for two day or overnite then why the delay?
