Belle is my 10-year-old Westphalian mare by Belissimo M. I’ve had her for four years, and she’s been a dressage horse her entire life. She started in the FEI six-year-old classes and we’re now working towards the Grand Prix ring.

I purchased Tre Awain Weber (a.k.a. Weber) in utero and have had him since he was six months old. He’s a Connemara/Thoroughbred cross and is now 27 years old! Weber has never failed me. Chester is now retired, but we did compete in eventing together back in the day. We stuck mostly to the novice division, though we did compete in training level a couple of times. Chester is now 32 years old and has an incredible veterinary team to help ensure that he feels healthy as he continues to grow older. I would consider reviewing photos you post. The photo for Brooke and Belle is austere. The rider is pulling on the left rein, the horses mouth is open and her seat is tense. It is so distracting to me and others who have seen it that it dissuades is from looking any further at the product line. Many would see this as softly abusive to say the least. Images chosen speak to what a company aligns with and is worth a thousand words. Consider choosing your photos more carefully. Customers DO notice.
I just want to brag on your customer service. You exceed the standard of excellence. I called 2 weeks ago to see if you had an animal behaviorist on staff. It was time to put my 29 year old QH mare down. My 21 year old TK was frantic. I did not know what to do about letting her see her friend’s body. I have had horses for 50 years, had to put 6 down, and have never experienced this amount of grief. Brenda from Smartpak googled some articles while I was on the phone and talked me down. I did let my horse see her friend, got some mild tranquilizers from the vet, and spent 10 days checking on her every 30 minutes. She is now eating again and acting calmer. Thanks so much for being there for Magic and me. I have used your products for many years they keep my beloved equines healthy. Keep up the good work!
