ColiCare is a FREE veterinarian-directed wellness program that provides enrolled horses with up to $15,000 of colic surgery reimbursement.

How Does it Work?

1. Order any ColiCare Eligible Product in SmartPaks
2. Fill out the quick application online- no paperwork required!
3. Complete the Annual Wellness Requirements every year:
   • Physical exam performed by your vet
   • Dental exam performed by your vet
   • Vaccinations administered by your vet
   • Deworming program developed with your vet that includes at least one fecal test and two deworming administrations per year

Provided you meet the requirements above, if your horse undergoes any type of colic surgery, you’ll be eligible for up to $15,000 of reimbursement.
